SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

SHIPPING POLICY

At Heylth, we take great care in delivering your products to you, and to do so we have partnered with most of the top courier and logistics partners to assure that you receive your order on time and safely

with full courtesy and attention.

We provide world class shipping to all our customers that includes inspections, fast and on-time delivery

and top quality packaging.

We’ll deliver anywhere in India and at no cost to you! Shipping within India is FREE.

All of your orders will be dispatched within 5 working days* of order placement. You can choose from any of the following shipping options -

*Working days excludes Sunday and public holidays

  • The products ordered can be expected to be delivered within 3-5 days in major metro cities and can take anywhere between 6-12 days for other locations, from the time the order is confirmed.

  • Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you between Monday through Saturday: 10 am to 6 pm.

Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes. We will keep you informed on the status of your order including delays if any. You can refer to “Track my order” to see status on your order.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

We make an earnest effort to make sure that merchandise listed on our website is available in stock and that the prices shown are correct.

 

In the unlikely event when we’re not able to send your order or replacement due to unavailability of the product in our warehouse, we will inform you within a maximum of 2 working days from the date you place the order.

CANCELLATIONS

We will be able to accept order change or cancellation requests any time before we ship your order. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once the shipment is out of our warehouse for delivery.

RETURNS

At Heylth we believe that customer satisfaction is key; therefore we stand behind all products bought at our site.

If you receive a product which is not as per the specifications ordered by you i.e. Wrong size, wrong quantity, defective, damaged or Significantly different from the description given by the merchant.

You are completely protected. Heylth offers a 10 day return guarantee for all such items. Except if the item

  • Is used

  • Exhibits physical damage to the packaging or to the product

  • Is returned without original packaging

  • Batch No. is tampered

If you have received a damaged product or empty parcel or any product is missing, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the order. Your refunds/credits/replacements will be processed on the basis of condition of the returns shipment sent by you and products inside the packaging.

Do ensure that original tags & packaging are intact and the seal is not broken.

REFUNDS

All credit card & net banking transactions will be repaid using the same route; which means if you have made your transaction using Netbanking facility, the net value of your order will be refunded back into your bank account. This will take 6-7 working days from the time the returns are received and approved at the warehouse.

All Cash on Delivery transactions (for which payment has been received) will be refunded through cheque. This will take 10-12 working days from the time your returns are approved by our quality analysts.
