Natural Ways To Protect Your Lungs from Air Pollution:

Air pollution can cause or increase existing allergies, bronchitis, asthma and COPD. Never ignore air pollution as it may cause permanent damage to your lungs. Here are natural ways to protect yourself.



Sip on Protective Drinks: Have water infused with Panch Tulsi Drops throughout the day, Tea lovers can sip herbal ginger and tulsi tea 2 to three times a day.


Eat Herbal Super Protective Mix: Use Cow Ghee to create a paste of organic Pippali, Guduchi, Purhkarmool and Vibhakti fruit. Have a spoonful 2-3 times a day. These herbs are known to clear your airways, and protect you from the disruptive effect of air pollutants.
